Roberts was another Christchurch based manufacturer Phil Roberts and he operated as Panther Electronics and produced a range of amplifiers throughout the mid 1970's to early 1980's and were of good design and quality.. There are quite a number of Roberts amplifiers around and still in operation. Models such as R-05, STA-36, STA-50, ST-A60, STA-100. More to come on this brand and its history. Phil Roberts is still active and repairing audio equipment.
