Rait Electronics was based in Christchurch and run by Jeff Rait.
The Rait 30 - 30 was produced in the years around 1973 to 1975 and as the numbers suggest produced 30 watts per channel.
In 1975 the 60 - 60 was released which had a much bigger power supply to provide the higher output.
Most units came with the woodgrain finish, however a black 60 - 60 was produced in the late 1970s.
In 1982, Jeff produced a video game called Azurian Attack.
